		<description>Cheers to you for trying the yoga! Stick with it and before you know it you will be able to do it. I started doing yoga this year thinking it would be good for flexibility &amp; working the kinks out of my overly tight muscles, but it has added a lot of strength for me. 

And the Bye Bye Standby looks interesting ... alas, my appliances (and electricity) aren&#039;t UK.</description>
